  Re: Customers service I feel that I need to give thIs feedback after I visited your Teesside park shop. I purchased a soft touch plush blanket and duly went to the counter to pay. The assistant asked if I was ok to carry this as it was, I stated that I had a bag of my own which I produced from my handbag, and placed it on the counter while I Completed the card transaction. When this was finished the assistant continued to stand and look at me, I asked her if she could help me put the blanket in the bag and she said that because it was my OWN bag it was not normally the thing that they do, WHAT!!!! So, let me get this right, if I purchased a bag for 5p or 10p I would have received a 1st class customer service but, because I had my own bag I received a 2nd class customer service. Is this fair that customers who are trying to save the environment by reusing bags get a poorer customer service? Maybe asda can let me know why an assistant will stand and watch customers struggle rather than be friendly and helpful to the very customers that purchase goods and keep the store operating.
